Dance, Don’t Walk reimagines the NYC pedestrian walk signal through frame-by-frame rotoscope animation. The standardized figure breaks into dance, shifting from controlled motion to expressive gesture. The work playfully subverts urban signage, turning a functional icon into a loop of unexpected agency and joy.
